1. Who we are
Qwerty Craft ("we", "us", "our") is an independent software vendor that publishes the Proxy Agent app on the Atlassian Marketplace. You can reach us at ata@qwertycraft.com.
2. What personal data Proxy Agent processes
Proxy Agent processes the following categories of data inside your Atlassian tenant:
- Atlassian account IDs of the acting user and the target service desk agent.
- Jira issue and project identifiers associated with each action.
- Action metadata: timestamp, action type, mode, success/failure, and error detail.
This metadata is written to the Proxy Agent audit log so administrators can review who did what, when, and as whom.
3. What we do not store off-platform
All customer data stays inside the Forge runtime and Forge storage, which is hosted by Atlassian in your chosen region. Qwerty Craft does not operate any servers that process customer Jira data and we have no standing access to your tenant.
4. Lawful basis (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(b): performance of the contract under which we provide Proxy Agent.
- Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the service.
5. Retention
Audit-log records remain inside your Forge tenant until you uninstall Proxy Agent or delete the records manually from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes the app-managed storage on Atlassian's standard schedule.
6. Sub-processors
Atlassian (Forge hosting). We use no other sub-processors.
7. Data subject rights
If you are an end user whose data appears in Proxy Agent's audit log, please contact your Jira administrator first, since they control the data inside your tenant. Unresolved requests can be escalated to ata@qwertycraft.com.
8. International transfers
Qwerty Craft does not initiate any international data transfers. All processing happens within the Atlassian region you have selected for your Cloud site.

We do not set analytics or marketing cookies on this website. Only essential cookies required for the site to function may be used.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
